At Clarks Malaysia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every step you take. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original Clarks shoebox and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Clarks

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
